Booking Terms

Who all can take space

Young entrepreneurs who have workable idea related to software development, Website or app design and or any technology based idea.

seats/Discussion Room

Seats may be booked online through dedicated portal of Co-working space. Rent/Security to be paid through debit/credit card and net banking.

Discussion room can be booked for two hours per month (half an hour slot at one time as per availability) without any additional charges.
Discussion room can be booked back to back for 3 slots. Incase discussion room is required beyond two hours in a month, each half an hour slot can be booked as per availability at nominal rate of Rs. 750/- per slot.

Presentation Room/Video Conferencing (VC) Room

As per the requirement first come first serve basis not more than one hour in a month after that it is chargeable @ Rs. 1000/- for half hour slot.

Span of Stay

Leasing of hot seat or pods in co-working Initially for minimum one month and entitled for renewals upto total span of 24 months subject to evaluation.

Operational mechanism.

Co-working space would be operational from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. Co-working space would be equipped with RFID door closures and registered members can only access the co-working space using RFID cards issued by SPIC.
